Ibsen News and Comment

The publication of The Ibsen Society of America, Ibsen News and Comment (ISSN 1089-6171), is published annually in the spring. Twenty seven volumes have appeared (1980-2007). Ibsen News and Comment is both a newsletter, reporting on the activities of the Society, and a journal.

Regular features are "Ibsen on Stage," which reviews productions in the U.S., Canada, and Europe, and whenever possible, in other parts of the world, and "Ibsen in Print," which reviews articles and books; the critically annotated survey of articles is the only Ibsen bibliography of its kind in the world. Ibsen News and Comment also includes precis of the papers read at ISA meetings; information about Ibsen conferences and activities throughout the world.
