Ibsen News and Comment
The publication of the Ibsen Society of America, Ibsen News and Comment (ISSN 1089-6171), appears annually in the spring. Thirty-two volumes have appeared (1980-2012). Ibsen News and Comment is both a scholarly journal and a newsletter that reports on the activities of the Society.
Regular features are "Ibsen on Stage," which reviews productions in the U.S. and Europe, and, whenever possible, in other parts of the world; and "Ibsen in Print," which reviews books and articles. The "Annual Survey of Articles" is the only critically annotated Ibsen bibliography in the world. Ibsen News and Comment may also include precis of papers read at ISA meetings and information about Ibsen conferences and activities both in the U.S. and elsewhere.
